F5ai service terms

Authority and account use

You must be authorized to administer the Discord community, wallet configuration, and account you connect. Keep account, client API, and wallet credentials private. You are responsible for actions submitted with your credentials and for reviewing permissions before enabling hosted execution.

What F5ai provides

F5ai provides the package features shown at purchase, which can include managed wallet verification, holder roles, giveaways, and bounded Discord Actions API calls. F5ai executes approved Discord operations on hosted infrastructure. Wallet creation, backup, signing, transaction construction, and submission remain in the customer environment. Availability depends on Discord, Cardano data providers, Stripe, hosting, and network services.

Actions and approvals

Action calls are asynchronous and can be held, queued, rejected, expire, or fail. Read final state before treating an action as complete. Destructive operations require explicit confirmation and may require current resource versions. Giveaway payout preparation and submission remain owner-controlled and separate from the public agent schema.

Acceptable use

Do not use F5ai to break law, violate Discord or provider rules, deceive users, bypass permissions, harass people, distribute malware, probe another tenant, or submit content you lack permission to use. Do not send passwords, API keys, one-time codes, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers, wallet recovery or signing material, or unnecessary personal data through agent actions.

The Actions API is for authorized community operations. It must not be used by an agent to buy subscriptions, transfer money or crypto assets, or perform wallet signing.

Billing and cancellation

Prices and billing intervals appear before hosted Stripe Checkout. A subscription continues for its selected interval until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not reverse completed service or provider charges unless required by law or agreed in writing. Taxes, refunds, credits, and special commercial terms are handled through the onboarding contact.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for member notices and permissions, action content, role and channel configuration, wallet and payout decisions, and compliance obligations that apply to your community. Review safe results and audit records, and report unexpected behavior promptly.

Suspension and service changes

We may suspend access to protect the service, another tenant, or a provider; respond to abuse or unpaid service; or comply with legal requirements. We may update features and security controls. Material package or term changes will be communicated through the site or account contact.

Service limits

We work to keep F5ai reliable, but no online or third-party-dependent service is uninterrupted. Do not treat an accepted API request as proof that Discord changed or a transaction completed. Verify the final action and chain or provider state that matters to your use.
